* Pink salmon, pollack, sea bass, Tierra del Fuego black hake, trout in all its varieties and combinations: Roman, Margarita, American, grillé, in green onion sauce, stuffed, Parmesan and other options according to the day.

* Classic grilled meat, bondiolas, pork matambre, grilled Provolone cheese, Tierra del Fuego lamb, sweetbread, vacío, asado, brochette, all of them with the typical taste of Tierra del Fuego.
